| Fun Bus Travel 2008-9
As the season draws towards a close, our final regular season away fixture is at Leicester (details below). Hopefully there may be more trips in the Semis and/or Final of the Guinness Premniership.
The price to members is £25, non-members £35 (of which the extra £10 can be converted into membership) and juniors £10.
We will continue to use Bullocks coaches as they have served us very well over the past 4 years and we will occasionally use Mini buses from other companies if necessary.
For the past 2 years punctuality has been excellent, I don't think we've left anyone behind in that period. But please remember we will only wait an extra 5 minutes after the published departure time, unless you have contacted us in advance. If you are running late you can ring me on 07771758988.
Pick up points will normally be the same as for the past 2 years. i.e. Edgeley Park , Heywood Road , Sale and Sandbach Services.
N.B. Pick up at Edgeley Park will now be on the main road . Although the drivers have previously successfully managed to squeeze the coach down Hardcastle Road , the time will come when the coach will not be able to get through or damage may be caused to coach or cars.
Leicester Saturday 4th April
With the fixture having changed start time to 17:00 KO, we have had to adjust coach timings accordingly. The timings make it difficult to arrange a pub stop, so we have left it out altogether. I plan on having a large breakfast and will top up on pies and pints in Leicester! Pick Ups at Edgeley Park 12:30, Heywood Road, Sale 12:55 and Sandbach Services 13:30 this should give us an arrival time of 15:15/30 with luck! Departure will be at 20:00.
