Directions
From the A1 Western bypass take turn off for Newcastle Airport at Junction 6 and follow signs for Kingston Park on the B6918. Continue straight over two roundabouts then turn right on to Brunton Road. The stadium is approximately 300 metres away on the left.

Kingston Park is only a five minute drive from Newcastle International Airport should people choose to travel by plane. Bus and Metro routes run frequently from Newcastle City Centre both before and after games.

Parking
There are 500 car parking spaces on the Kingston Park site available on match days. There are 30 disabled car parking spaces dotted around the ground and these are allocated on a first come first served basis. The rest of the parking costs £8 per match. It is advised that should you wish to park in the grounds then bookings should be made well in advance by calling 0871 226 6060. Newcastle Falcons also operate a car park at Kingston Park School. This costs £5 per match and is approximately five minutes' walk away. As there is a strictly enforced Residents' Parking Scheme, the Club advises against on street parking. Spectators arriving by coach or vehicle can be dropped off at the back of the South Stand. From this point there is a paved area with lowered kerbs giving access all around the ground.
Any queries about parking matters should be referred to the Stadium Manager, David Culling at david.culling@newcastle-falcons.co.uk

Facilities
Kingston Park has been refurbished and improved over the last few years and is now able to offer disabled supporters good facilities in three of its four stands. Only the East Terrace has yet to be redeveloped. There are sufficient disabled seating places, mainly at ground level and adequate toilet facilities.

Seating
The ticket office is located in the East Stand for those who have not previously purchased tickets, with a lowered counter for those in wheelchairs.

Access to the ground is via turnstiles, however disabled people who are unable to use them can approach stewards located at any of the 7 exit gates around the ground and be given access on production of a match ticket. The steward will also give access to what they consider to be a reasonable number of people in the company of the disabled person, again on production of a match tickets. Those accessing the ground will then be directed to their appropriate stand or terrace.

The South Terrace has 18 disabled and 18 helper bays at the front of the stand, with easy access to toilets at the East and West end. Tickets in this stand cost £18 for the disabled person but the carer is admitted free of charge.

The West Stand has 27 disabled and 27 helper bays at the front of the stand and 4 disabled and 4 helper bays in both the middle and upper section. Easy access toilets are available on all levels. Tickets in this stand cost £27 for the disabled person, however the carer is admitted free of charge.

The North Stand is partially developed and has 12 disabled and 12 helper bays at the front of the stand. Tickets in this stand cost £14 for the disabled supporter but the carer is admitted free of charge. Supporters should note this stand is not under cover

The East Terrace is underdeveloped and awaiting the construction of a new stand - however this will not be carried out until after the 2006 - 07 season. At present they can accommodate disabled people if they prefer being in the East Stand - however the facilities are not good and toilets and concession have to be accessed via the South or West stands.

Disabled Toilet Facilities
There are disabled toilets at both the east and west ends of the South Terrace. In the North Stand, disabled toilets are accessed by the West Concourse into the West Stand, in which there are toilets available at all levels. There are no disabled toilets in the East Stand; however, there are facilities available in both the South and West Stands that can be accessed via the gates.

Catering and Bar Facilities
There are catering and bar concession outlets in the South Stand, the West Stand and the North Stand. All these facilities have lowered serving counters to help disabled supporters.
